Katsuyama X KITIN Sake pairing dinner
Katsuyama Sake Brewery has collaborated with ICC’s popular restaurant THE KITIN to host the Katsuyama Sake Dinner on August 28th. Katsuyama Shuzo, founded in 1688, is not only a traditional Japanese sake brewery, but their products have always been working hard to modernize. Katsuyama's sake-making philosophy - "Japanese sake will enhance the taste of food" means using sake to enhance the taste of dishes. Master Zang devotes himself to brewing wine for meals to match THE KITIN's creative contemporary Cantonese cuisine. In addition to enjoying fine wine and delicacies, Mr. Heizo Izawa, the fifteenth generation owner of Katsuyama sake brewery, had an impromptu sharing session. Mr. Izawa also brought two new mysterious sakes to the guests for tasting.
